Your Account

Keep your contact information accurate.
You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Billing

Hosting is billed annually.
Payments must be made on time.
Refunds are limited to duplicate payments or at our discretion.

What You Can Host

Only legal content is allowed.
No pirated media, hacking tools, or harmful software.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

Email & Spam

No spam or unsolicited email.
Violations may result in suspension.

Uptime

We don’t offer a formal uptime guarantee, but we historically deliver ~99.99% uptime.

Support

We support hosting‑related issues (cPanel, server problems).
We may help with scripts as a courtesy, but we don’t fix custom code.

Backups

You must keep your own backups.
One free restore per year.

Domains

Domain fees are non‑refundable.
Transfers may fail for reasons outside our control.
Chargebacks result in loss of domain ownership.

Security

You must keep your site secure and up‑to‑date.
Network abuse is strictly prohibited.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non‑payment.
Severe violations result in immediate termination.

Privacy

We follow our published Privacy Policy.
We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Legal

The agreement is governed by Ontario and Canadian law.
Liability is limited as described in the full Terms.
