Refund Policy

  • Refunds are calculated based on unused paid hours only.
  • Bonus hours are complimentary and non-refundable.
  • Refund formula: Refund = Unused Paid Hours × $50/hour
  • Example: If you use 3 hours from the Standard package, refund = 7 × $50 = $350.

With a prepaid package there are multiple benefits: The work can be started immediately upon request (no need to wait for payment), priority support, bonus hours (after all paid hours are used up).

Ongoing maintenance is required for all modern websites. How much maintenance depends upon your website and your needs. We can help you decide on the best option.

Maintenance packages are billed immediately and work can commence once the funds have been cleared.

A minimum of 30 minutes is billed per request.

Projects are billed in advance with a 50% deposit of the agreed estimate. 40% is billed upon completion of the work, and the final 10% is billed when the work is signed off for approval.

Maintenance requests will be made via your client portal. You will have access to your requests and the time allotment for each.
